Feeding sarcophytons/sinularia/naptheas?

Has anyone attempted feeding toadstools and finger leathers that boosted their growth?

I've been keeping different leather corals for several decades and I have never target fed them.
Be careful what you ask for. Some toadstools ( sarcophton ) can quickly outgrow even a large reef tank.
