Hey everyone,
I have a common purple sea urchin. He seems happy enough but I'm worried about feeding him. He walks all over the rock and walks and I supplement him with seaweed. Problem: he will only eat green seaweed, not red or purple. From my understanding urchins need a variety of food to stay healthy. Any ideas of other food I can try?

I think, it will be fine.

My tangs will not eat red or purple either.

If you have coralline algae, they like to eat that too.

My tangs in my 150 will only eat purple, spoiled little brats. Any others i have eat anything. It will be just fine, I only ever give green to urchins anyway.
