One thing that I heard was OK for regular reef fish was to thaw a cube of mysis and keep it fresh in some water in the refrigerator for a few days, feeding as needed.
Would this be OK for Seahorses too?

Are there any other feeding tricks you use?

I have a bowl ready for a feeding station and will have to see how it goes when they get here. I'll be trying different things with the bowl and some tubing or a baster.

Why don't you just thaw out food as needed per day? That way you know it will not spoil.

I prefer to thaw an entire cube rather than trying to cut or chop it. Trying to slice a small frozen cube while leaving the rest in packaging is a pain for me personally.

It wouldn't be once per day but twice a day for Seahorses, correct?

My other tank will be more than happy to eat the left overs but 2 cubes per day might be more than they need.

I find a using a share knife it's pretty easy to shave off enough food for one feeding.

I get the flat pack of mysis and chip off small pieces for their meals. I recommend feeding seahorses twice a day.
