Female lyretail anthia sick or hurt? Please help

Been in qt for less than a week, just noticed this on the female. Others look fine, if it’s sick please tell me what to do I have no clue about dosing any treatments just trying to do this the right way. Also I haven’t noticed much aggression.

Good news- Not uronema

Looks like scrapes and the good news is that most saltwater fish heal on their own and quickly.
Provide Good water quaity and diet and nature will do the rest. If you want, t assure no infection, etc you can treat tank with ruby rally pro which covers an array of potential issues or at least have it on hand

Likely some bumping going on as the hierarchy gets set.
It has to get worked out on its own.
Should do better in your DT space.

Okay thank you guys for the quick responses, I’ll watch closely and order some treatments just in case!
