Fiji foxface.

Would you be able to post a clear pic or two of the fish in distress using the brightest white lights you have, turning all blues down for clarity? A short video can also be helpful, posting first to YouTube, then linking back to R2R is a way to ensure that all R2R members will be able to view the video. Then, the R2R Fish Medic team can offer a diagnosis and treatment plan going forward, if warranted.

Best of luck to you and your Foxface!

Yes, those dots look like you have something going on for sure.

Please give the R2R Fish Medic team some more time to look over your photos and come up with a plan 🙂

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

The large spots look like some injury - from a tang perhaps, or a coral sting?

However, more concerning are those smaller spots. They do look like marine ich, Cryptocaryon. The spot on the eye is typical. However, the spots being clustered around the face is not typical for ich. I can't say if these are ich, or just sand grains.

How does the fish look this morning?
