filefish and triggers?

I have a bad aiptasia problem and I want to add 1 or 2 filefish to my tank.

First can I add multiple at the same time?

Second, I have a pair of blue throat triggerfish, will they attack the filefish or will the filefish attack them since they are pretty similar?

My female blue jaw triggers don't bother anybody. They are completely model citizens

Generally, old fishes beat new fishes just to keep pecking order in line especially with trigger fishes, one can be a model in different tank and one can be a killer in some other tank.

Blue throat triggers are pretty peaceful for triggers, and matted filefish usually fly under the radar. There shouldn't be any issues.

Agree. I’ve kept matted filefish with really nasty aggressive species of trigger several times. No one seems to notice them.
