Fill these Tanks

If you wish to keep species in pairs/groups, there is an article about it in TFH:

That said, here are some loose stocking suggestions.
With 350 gallon, I would try to fit about 10 large fish (less if particularly large/agressive/dirty, more if small/less active/aggressive). You could maybe fit more, but given that a lot of fish become more aggressive and territorial after they pair up (and you wanted pairs) it's better to err on the side of caution.
Variant 1- predator tank:
- 4x volitan lionfish
- 2x snowflake eel
- 2x zebra eel
- 1x dog face puffer (blue spotted puffer is too small- would get eaten)
In such a setup you shouldn't have problems with targeted feeding or fast, active fish stealing food from predators. A big con is, because most members of typical clean up crew would be eaten, the tank will require regular cleaning and maintenance.

- 3x lunare wrasse (1 male, 2 females)
- 3x some tang (dunno if 3 hippos would fit or if 3 gems won't fight- ask someone with more tang experience; you could however almost certainly get good results with 3 yellows or convict tangs)
- 3x blue throat trigger (1 male, 2 females)
I don't think you could have a pair of pomacanthus or holacanthus species in anything short of public aquarium- in nature these fish live as loose pair or small harem with male defending up to 20-25 sq meters of territory.
You could probably fit a pair of slightly smaller, less aggressive genera like apolemichtys (e.g. goldflake angel) or Chaetodontoplus (e.g. blueline angel) instead of 1 emperor.
Variant 3- somewhat peaceful tank:
- 2x regal angel
- 3x marine betta (1 male, 2 females)
- 3x flame angel (1 male, 2 females)
- 2x foxface or different rabbitfish
You could probably add something like a pair of large sand sifting gobies to this setup if you want. The species chosen for this tank are usually less aggressive
than in the previous one.
In 80g you could probably keep 3 or 4 fuzzy dwarf lions (many separate hiding spots necessary).
60g sounds too small to keep a pair or a group out of your chosen species- perhaps you could keep a single blue spotted puffer as a wet pet of sorts.
As to the other species on your list, boxfish require very specific conditions to flourish and should probably get their own species tank. I have very little knowledge about flounders, giant hawkfish and fusiliers, but all of those are big fish, some with high aggression or activity level- perhaps they are better suited to your upcoming 700g.
