Filter your ICP Sample

Does it make sense to filter your ICP sample? Seems like a rogue piece of food or detritus would skew results but I an not familiar enough with the process to know for sure.

Right, Oceamo and some others provide a filter and different companies remove particulates on site.

It is needed at one place or the other. Not just to get better results but to prevent clogging equipment.
