Filtration for 50g

Just got my 50g AIO just wondering what bio media, chemical media and mechanical is going to be the best. I did get nano tech bio sphere rated for 750g i have 2 filters socks on each side, im not sure what other filtration to put.

Mechanical filtration- you already have it with your filter socks.
Biological filtration- you can get a rectangular sponge that'll fit in the chambers
Chemical filtration- you can get a filter bag and some loose carbon and fill the bag with it
