I was wondering what rate of gallons per hour should i have for my overflow(single/double) and my return pump. i just got a sump yesterday and it is drilled for two drain pipes. it is rated for a 125 gal 400gph, it measures 24"L x 18"H x 12"W. i got a larger sump since i plan to upgrade my DT. the DT i have now is only a 46 gallon bowfront so not sure what i should go with (pump & overflow). im switching from a canister filter so this is all new to me.
