Hello.

I have 5 fish in quarantine and all are doing great after 14 days of therapeutic copper and then to a second tank for the 7 days with two rounds of GC. My question relates to my Blue Throat Trigger fish. He has some separation of his dorsal and anal fin but his pectoral and his tail are perfect. Should I worry about fin and tail rot or is this just normal.

He had a little of this when he arrived 3 weeks ago. The Passer angel and 5 Cardinals are all great.

He's probably being nipped at by other fish. If this continues for a while he may develop fin rot but if the tank has rockwork to break the line of sight he'll be fine once in the tank.
