Often, if the damage is just to the fin itself it can grow back, but it's hard to see how far it's gotten from this pic. Could you post another pic or two using the whitest lights you have, turning off all blues for clarity? Then, I'm sure one of the R2R FIsh Medic team could make a better assessment
