I am nearly fully stocked in my tank. Ive got a convict tang on order from dr reef that will truly be the last fish however i am wanting to add one more wrasse or perhaps something else interesting. Definitely leaning towards wrasse.
Tank dimensions are 60l28w20h. Roughly 145 gallons.

Current fish
Clown pair
Longnose hawkfish
Citron clown goby
Bicolor blenny
Spotted mandarin Synchiropus picturatus
Chocolate tang
Halichoeres annularis
Cirrhilabrus Ryukyuensis
Cirrhilabrus isosceles
Macropharyngodon bipartitus

Everything is very healthy and everything gets along. The tang is very mellow. The H annularis is definitely the tank boss, and while it chased the c ryukyuensis a bit when i added it, they settled their differences within a day or so.

As for fish ive been thinking of rounding out the tank:

Cirrhilabrus laboutei - always been one of my favorite wrasses, unsure about adding another Cirrhilabrus however
Pseudojuloides severnsi - super cool wrasse that my lfs had been searching for, however i am worried i may not be able to find one before dr reef sends out the convict tang

Thats it for wrasses, however a friend of mine has a blue tang in his 75 gallons that he received from someone that had it in a 40 gallon… it is currently maybe 3”. Would adding this just be asking for trouble, doable? Or should i just recommend he take it to the LFS, nearest one being 180 miles away.

Also open to other recommendations. Or maybe just call the tank full at this point.

Full is, IMO, subjective.

And I've come to the realization that for *ME*, unless I have a burning desire to add another fish, my tank is full, even though I clearly can add more.

Peaceful > full. That is my mantra right now, and will stay that way for quite some time.

I suppose in my mind with getting the convict tang, if i dont add something now it may now be willing to accommodate any additional fish in the future.
