Hey all, I am just finalizing the stocking list for my 75 gallon tank. Fish and Inverts with an asterisk are ones that are already in the tank/are already ordered. ANy suggestions would be great. Also note I will be getting a significantly larger (2x-3x larger) tank sometime next summer so for a couple of these fish they will get moved to that tank eventually. Here goes:

- Square Tail Bristletooth Tang
- One Spot Fox Face (Small/Medium)
- Coral Beauty
- Carpenter's Flasher Wrasse*
- Melanarus Wrasse*
- Midas Blenny
- Exquisite Firefish*
- Pair of Clowns*
- Royal Gramma*
- Yellow Watchman Goby*
- Cleaner Shrimp*
- Pistol Shrimp*
- 2 Emerald Crabs*
- Fancy Banded Serpent Sea Star*
- Various Hermit crabs*
- Various snails*

Any suggestions?

That all looks good to me. Square tail tangs (C. truncatus) are really beautiful. The fox face will eventually get a little big for a 75, but it sounds like you are aware.

I think this list fills up a 75. Suggestions from me would be maybe another couple flasher wrasses of different species. Any other big fishes will depend on the next tank's size, and I would wait to purchase them until you have the next tank.

Agree on the emeralds, don’t add them unless bubble algae outbreak

Bit too late, had them in the tank since I put the clean up crew in, but can I ask why?

I had 3 emerald crabs which I added as a last resort when I had a bubble algae outbreak and I saw them attack fish and also nibble at my zoas.

Incidentally, I finally removed the emerald crabs and started treating my tank with Vibrant and that eliminated the bubble algae.

Ah, if they're doing well that's awesome, but I said add them after a bubble algae outbreak because that gives them a chance to thrive from eating all the algae.
