Since the day before yesterday I've been doing 10-15ml H2o2 daily without anything even noticing it. Timmy grunts when I pour it in is about all; but Timmy grunts all the time.

I wish I had a grunter . . One of my triggers is a spitter though. So that's something

I'm listening to the oxydator talk, tell me more...

I used to 'dose' h2o2, just got away from it. I would love the clarity without using a mines worth a carbon a month.
I'd love anything to get rid of the snot waving from the poci and making the zoa's mad

Gonna be out of town for 3 days considering a black out while gone. Any opposed?

Why not. May kill the snot, may not. Had that in another tank and it took a LOT of brightwell razor and a few lights out runs to kill it. Rather stubborn.

If my findings are right 1ml per 10g of water at night, then follow mb7 directions per usual?

Mix of cyano and dinos atm

Keep nutrients at 5-10n, .005- .01p?

@Lost in the Sauce

How do you calculate total gallons with rock and sand displacement? I always calculate it wrong. I tried dosing h2o2 for cyano and lost some corals.

I error on the side of caution. Always start slow 3ml for my estimated 220 volume calc.

That's 19 less ml than others use, nothing affected so will move to 6ml tonight maxing at 18 likely . To account for displacement

Yep that's the brand, I use 12% peroxide with 2 catalysts in my bigger Cade, need to get one for the cube still. Might just move it over and try removing a catalyst or diluting the peroxide a bit.

Goes in the sump, can go in the display. Helps with clarity, algae growth, oxygenation of the water, etc. I do see a noticable difference when it's time to refill.

I also run a mini in my 4g.

One more question. About how long do the catalysts last? was trying to find that somewhere. Probably going to order one of these. Seems like a nice add even if it doesnt help with dinos/cyano , though i fully believe you.

D, a , w?

Thinking a but it's quite a bit more than d

Can't speak for dinos/cyano myself, though I've heard it helps. If you have Facebook there's a really helpful group there called oxydators user group (or something along those lines). Size of unit will depend on a bunch of things but lasse should be able to help you sort it out properly. I ran an A in my cade1200 (about 120g heavily stocked heavily fed) and refilled weekly. Never needed to replace my catalysts through 3yrs of running it between that and the 90g
