What are your water parameters? How new is the coral? and what light are you using (it looks very red/green which is not optimal for coral growth/health)

Did it just start looking like that? They shed their skin and retract the polys when they do it. It could just be shedding

Is it new? Looks like it is getting ready to shed. Doesn’t look distressed at all
