Finicky Yellow Tang

Can anyone advise a food for finicky Yellow Tang ?, new Tang to 5 ft reef tank , fish not stressed , all he wants to eat is Nori, i tried brine shrimp , HPD , flakes and pellets , anyone know of a sure thing ? i read Elos has a good product , any feedback appreciated.

Try San Francisco Bay marine cuisine and Emerald Entree, also Formula 2 frozen/ flake food by Ocean Nutrition. Mysis Shrimp is also a much healthier food source than brine shrimp!
