I have a kole eye tang that not interested in frozen food. Have tried feed mysis, rod's fish blend. I have presented green, purple nori, and red seaweed. The only thing he want do is peck at the rock. I feel like he's going to run out of rock work to feed off. I guess how can I seed the rock so he will eat something?

Your Tang is a grazer. As long as he is constantly eating Algae on your rockwork, I wouldn't be too concerned. Eventually, they get the hint and take frozen food. Just keep an eye on his weight.

My Dwarf flame Angel is the same way. Now takes maybe 3 or 5 small pieces of food then ignores the rest and goes back to grazing. I'm not too worried since it has a nice fat belly.

If you really want to you can try soaking in garlic extract to make it more appealing. My fish go crazy for it once in a while. It's not recommended to use constantly, apparently not too great for their liver or so that's what I've seen in articles.
