I set my Apex and the Finnex heater to 77 degrees why is it showing 87? I thought they were calibrated. I threw the box out and I couldn’t find great instructions on YouTube.

Mine has a high (do not exceed number). I have mine on 79. Current temp 78.4I set my Apex and the Finnex heater to 77 degrees why is it showing 87? I thought they were calibrated. I threw the box out and I couldn’t find great instructions on YouTube.
Both in the back chamber of the display. Apex and Hanna Checker show between like 73-75. My actual heater is set to around 80. And Apex is programmed between 76-77.Where is the finnex temp probe? And where is apex temp probe? Both in sump or display or split?
Ok, so they should have same temp - what is apex measurement? Both in the back chamber of the display.
73 right now. I can tell you that I probably need to calibrate the Apex Probe again but it’s definitely not 87 degrees.Ok, so they should have same temp - what is apex measurement?

Oh well that may explain it lol. I guess I’ll use it on my lobster tank then.Is it an 820M controller - interesting it says not compatible with as apex
