Welcome to reef2Reef!

I see three lesions - one on each side of the body, and then the yellow one up by the pectoral fin on the fish's right side. The fish is also a bit skinny.

This species is known to develop a copepod infection - the yellow lesion up by the fin looks like it could be eggs from those, but the photo isn't quite clear enough to tell. If so, then that could be the root problem.

How long have you had the fish?
Is it still eating?
Have you medicated with anything yet?
What fish are in with it?

Is this fish's tail fin o.k.? I can't see it in the picture, and I'm worried that the firefish have been fighting. If you can get a clearer photo of its right side, I might be able to confirm if this fish has that copepod issue.

Dimilim will help limit reinfection, but FW dips would be needed knock the adults off. I’m not sure that’s what this is though.
