Anyone ever come across an agressive fire shrimp?

I have a reefer 250 (about 55 gal) with 3 fire shrimp a kole tang and a fairy wrasse.

One fire shrimp seems particularly aggressive towards any other shrimp entering the main cave in my aquascape. It also appears he shows some tendencies of hostility towards the fish as well (hard to say if it's TRUE aggression but he does go over and loiter most times they enter the cave). While the fish still enter the cave and seems somewhat unphased by it, I'm thinking the shrimp is causing some unwanted hostility in the main safe area of the tank.

Has anyone else experienced similar behavior?

Thanks,

Ira

It’s common with shrimp. I have 3 different types and they all have their area that they defend. The bigger ones are the most protective.
