Fire shrimp caught in RFA

My Fire shrimp was startled by the lights turning on and went headfirst into a large RFA which latched onto him. I was able to pull him out but he hasn’t been moving around much since. His antennae are also messed up and seem to be sticking to his body. Anybody had this happen to them?
