Fire shrimp eat gsp?

Iv had my gsp for around 3 months and it was doing great but when I added the shrimp it hasn’t opened up any more

Mine just crawl around in it looking for food. IMG_6092.JPG
(Yeah, I know it's a cleaner shrimp but I don't have a picture of the fire shrimp on the GSP. It does the same thing, just not as bravely.)
