Hey R2R,

I just purchased a new Fire shrimp and Kole tang a few days back and everything was looking great. Shrimp moved in underneath a rock and the tang found a cave to call home.. Fastforward to this morning while I was drinking my coffee I found that my shrimp was missing.. Turns out that the shrimp had moved into the cave with my tang. The tang seems like she's a little upset as her dorsal fin has been sticking up all day and the shrimp loves it as now he has a roommate to clean constantly. I've seen the tang nip at the shrimp a few of the times that the shrimp has gone to clean the tang. I'm wondering if I need to somehow try and evict the shrimp or will nature play it's course. I don't want anything bad to happen to the shrimp and I'm wondering if I should worry about this nipping getting any worse.

Thanks,
PC

I'd leave them be, it's almost always best to let the fish figure it out themselves

When to mix up fish meal: When was the last time you tried a different brand of food for your reef?
