Firefish has a cut?

It looks like a cut at any rate, you can't really see in the photos but at the top there is a loose scale.

I guess he scraped on a rock or something? What do I do, if anything, for this?

If it’s a cut or scrape- saltwater fish have the ability to heal on their own and quickly
Keep an eye on it though. If it starts to look raw or fleshy, you will need to treat with something like ruby rally reef
