I’ve always run glass tanks but I had advanced acrylics build me a 48x24x12 frag tank in acrylic for my garage “lab”. I have a fair amount of experience with acrylic and plastic polish and generally know what the threshold is, with that being said, if I have some lookie-loo come and rub/scratch the tank I’m gonna be upset. I know it’s repairable but I was wondering if anyone has ever put a clear film or something like that to protect the tank.

man am I overthinking this? I’m probably overthinking this…
