Got my first clownfish yesterday plan on getting another one after tomorrow as he’s glass surfing because his reflection best way to introduce them and also how can I get him to get use to me I’ve been just sitting by the tank I feel like he’s a bit skinny but I’ll fatten him up

Oh I don’t know if it’s male or female but I don’t think it matters because they will determine who’s boy and girl

The only way it could matter is if you have 2 females. Females can't go back to male.

just make sure the clown you want to add is smaller then the existing one by a decent amount. You don’t want it tiny so it gets bullied to death but if they are close is size it’s likely to not end well.

One way you could get the existing clown used to you is to very lightly tap on the glass right before you put food in the tank. She will then correlate the tap with food and every time you tap the glass she will come running. I have gotten this to work with all of the clowns

2nd, definitely make sure the 2nd clown is smaller. Also preferable to be the same kind, or another nicer clown (Ie NOT a maroon).

Our 2 clowns have our daughter trained..every time she looked into the tank they swim around in front..now she feeds them thinking its cute! Hungry little beasts

Issue is mine is already tiny like an inch to bit less than inch and a half
