I picked up this scoly today, got it for $40 AUD, so $26 USD approx, is that a good deal? It’s not exactly the perfect donut shape, and is about 1.5 inches wide, but still looks super nice and unique.

Does anybody have any care recommendations? Heard they can be fussy sometimes

Very good price. They don’t like a lot of flow, just enough to keep them clean. No high light, feed them weekly.

I’m not sure what PAR my tank would be, any idea on where I should place it? I’m thinking dead centre to replace the lobo currently there

Beautiful, so same care as most LPS? Will just feed some mysis/reef roids/Red Sea ab+, should be perfect

I reckon I’ll try the middle first, since front left corner gets no to little flow. Hoping to get a powerhead soon on the back wall to increase flow

I feed Coral Frenzy pellets.5 mm using this feeding tube. They also get LRF nano frozen particles that float from fish feeding. A little phyto a couple times per week and KZ LPS aminos every now and then. Croc Island scolys in left side of tank and scolys in right side of tank. Tube was from BRS and the funnel from a craft store, it just pushes on.
