This is my first saltwater tank (it’s a FOWLR) what should be my first live stock salinity is 35ppt) 10 gallons

Lots of folks start off with a clown fish. You could also try a goby of some sort. With that deep sand bed I would HAVE to get a diamond goby! They would have a blast in all that sand.

I’m just worried it’ll knock over the rock also could I put one clownfish in there too

Looks great!

As for stocking gobys and blennys is where I would look. Maybe a yellow watchman goby and pistol shrimp combo. You could then add a tailspot blenny.

Unfortunately, with 10 gallons, you won't be able to get a lot.

Looks good, just keep in mind that a lot of the fish in the hobby you won't be able to put in that tank. But a clown and a goby are totally fine.

If your rock is that unsteady, I would work towards fixing that, as neither of these fish should knock that over.
