First time setting up Ecotech stuff, MXM or mobius?

Setting up my new tank and have a Vectra and 2 mp40s to setup. Also have an apex with an unopened mxm module. Never done Ecotech products before.

Should I setup with mxm/apex or mobius?
 
Make sure to follow procedures on mp40, or they will wake up your neighborhood.
