First toadstool, newer tank

My tank is about 4 months old
Bought a toadstool with a lot of branching gsp today off of craigslist(it looked great). We debated dipping it and skipped out but once lights came off we found MANY bristle worms but also what look like brittle starfish. We dipped and got a lot off. Just curious is anything we brought home is dangerous to our tank??

Both are harmless IMO. Others will tell ya to throw the bristle worms, but I never had an issue with them.
