When should I do my first water change? Tank has been cycled for about a month and has a few fish in it.

Any time is a good time for a water change. So how about doing one this weekend??

What are your parameters like? When last did you test?

I like to test before a water change and the day after a water change, that will give you a very good idea of what your parameters are doing.

Change it whenever you want. Your past the cycling period. Just make sure not to change out too much in one go.

Your bio load is very light. As long as you have some nutrients present your fine. That will help keep a lot of the nasties like dynos away. The whole point of water changes is 1: remove unwanted elements and 2: add missing or lowering items like calcium etc. if everything is good I don’t see any benefit from performing a water change except for establishing a good habit/ routine.
