Fish and bio pellets

has anyone’s fish ever had an adverse reaction to bio pellet use? 3 weeks ago I set up a bio pellet reactor on my tank and I don’t know if it’s coincidental or relate but my fish have been acting as though something is agitating them causing them to twitch and scratch a little bit. Water perimeters are excellent no new additions to tank except copepods and all fish were quarantined.

I haven't and used bio pellets for ages and two different brands too. Wonder if it's something else which is a problem for the fish.

I have used biopellets previously and had no such issues. I think it's something else. What was your qt protocol?

We've been using biopellets for 7+years now and never noticed any adverse effects with fish.

Fish qt prophylactic treatment 30 days in cu follow by 2 treatments of prazipro.
Snails and coral 76 days in qt.
