It's a blenny, I've never been able to id it but they are very aggressive. I had one in my gulf/macro tank with a blue stripe grunt. The grunt was twice his size and the blenny dominated him. The starfish looks like a sandsifter. The blenny looks alot like a lawnmower blenny but I'm almost positive its not. Hard to tell from the pic, hope this helps.

I believe it's a Hypsoblennius hentz. They have a bigger head than body. That's what I had anyhoo.
