It was a general cure for multiple things, not one specific thing and it seems to be working
Your pics look like velvet or advanced stage ich so green water is not going to help that. QT tank with copper treatment and main tank needs to fallow for 45 to 76 days but lets wait and see what @Jay Hemdal has to say as an expert here.

This was a Molly breeding tank with other fish
Molly has ich and possibly the typical fungus many mollies get. The fungus is associated in part with water quality and the pics are very green and fuzzy but the worms appear to be a carnivorous worm known as nereid worms and harmless but also a sign of overfeeding which may explain fungus.
For ich you can treat the cardinal in low level coppersafe at (2.2) and the molly in epsom salt or both in general cure. I would not advise the molly in coppersafe

I should say, stick with GC as it contains low level metro and prazi. Mollies respond well to epsom but its already in a salt environment, so epsom may help further but at this time can be held off

it used to look a lot worse
The Molly has marine ich, but it is breathing fast as well, so there may be multiple issues.
The worms are strongly segmented. There are not any common parasites that are segmented like that, so these are free living.
