She's furious and has apparently set something up with them. Any other recommendations on smaller fish?

Orchid dottyback, tailspot blenny, or cardinal fish

Stick to more peaceful wrasses... Lubbocks, Coris, Melanurus, McCosker or Carpenters are all good beginner wrasse. Coris and Melanurus are sand sleepers and eat pests. The others sleep in the rock/cocoon but don't eat pests.

The flame is fine but should go in towards the end. My angelfish would harass all new additions and stress itself out. They are semi-aggressive.

Copperband should go in before any dwarf angels or tangs. Again, this is not a beginner fish.
