My fiji blue devil damselfish has this long string like poop. Before they had this type of poop I treated him and a few others for ich like for a month and a little more. I released the damsel first back into the display tank after treating it, cleaning it through scrubbing and vacuuming, performing a partial water change. The damsel kept constantly hiding and noticed the string like poop but it was like green mixed with white/transparent.

Now recently his poop color changed to orange, red with some white/transparent. There are a few photos attached of the recent poop. The damsel's behavior changed a bit and now swims out in the water, and only hides from time to time. Another fish just today nipped at the poop and a large amount was separated but some remains. Is this a result from a problem like an infection/disease? And what should I do?

Doesnt seem to be an internal or other issue.

Don't think its intestinal worms?
The poop would be milky white if it was. I see normal coloration for majority of it. Funny is. . . My damsel in my drop off tank is the ONLY one that swims around with a 3-4" string of poop all the time
