So my question is what kind of fish is this and is he good bad to have I bought a 125 gallon setup and fish came with setup

I’ll try the fish doesn’t have any color just a black line down his body and a black spot on both sides of body

Looks like a thalassemia wrasse to me, face looks too rounded to be halichoeres. I think Thalassoma bifasciatum, Blunthead wrasse?
Always tricky getting a clear picture of a wrasse they are always on the move.

Yes very hard to get a clear pic of him this looks the closest I’ve seen to what he may be

Not the best photo, but I agree it looks like a transitioning Blueheaded Wrasse. I believe one (male/female? Can’t recall) has less blue and more yellow-green that the other.
