Fish ID please.

Could anyone help ID this tang. Dark in color with bright blue steaks along top and bottom fins. With what appears to be a yellow/yellowish tail coming in. Thanks for any help.

a surgeon tang... maybe brown?

Picture small on my phone, but a Caribbean blue perhaps.

Looks like a ringtail tang, although there are a couple of species that go by that name and i cant narow it down to a single species because many juvinile tangs look near identical. Expect it to get a fair size though.
