Fish Id (terrible picture ahead)

Hello fish aficionados,

I have a terrible picture; I mean awful, a grainy screen shot from my tv. I am hoping someone will be able to identify the fish in the pic below.

It came from one of the BRS videos, and was just a snippet showing them feeding a tank.

My first guess would be Odontanthias borbonius (Blotched Anthia). The colors seem off, but I would assume it is because of lighting
