I agree that it looks like a blenny. Looks like you didn't pay enough for your order!

I got something (goby likely) very similar in a TB Saltwater order, but it was tiny and got eaten or otherwise died while in qt.

I have a mantis shrimp that came from them, originally it was the only thing in the sump. The diversity in it is brokering more than expected.
