Any chance of a photo, from a different angle? Starry Blenny, perhaps?

It's really hard to get a photo of it. It's definitely not a starry blenny tho.

This is from my iPhone, but he is small and caught here in key west at the reef. I looked thru several databases, I could not find another like him. I'm hoping someone can help me further.

Yep, the Atlantic has a lot of cool fish. There just isn't a big market and it's highly regulated, so we don't see very many different species out of the Atlantic in the aquarium trade.
