Not positive but very similar to a diamond watchman goby.
Nvm, @ISpeakForTheSeas knows fish id waaaay better than me lol

While it is in similar in appearance to watchman is indeed West Pacific sand perch and not rare but often overlooked.
Like a hawkfish, will sit and watch the entire tank and await a meal

Yep. I had one. Great fish. Now that you guys mention it, it was very hawkfish like.

I'm surprised they aren't more utilized in the hobby.
Apparently usually found on the bottom away from the reef. I guess most collectors stick to the reef for fish
