Fish in need of help

Hello all, I'm very new to salt water aquariums... I have a 40 gallon tank and I have a percula clown and (I know) it's the wrong type of anemone .. A Condy... The clown seemed to host it, but I have this displaying on the clown... Any ideas??

Looks like Ich..
Do some research and treat it with a freshwater bath and quarantine it and treat it before tossing it back into your tank.
