fish keep dying....help!

I dont think my LFS does quarantine at all. In total i have bought 3 clown fish, 1 fire shrimp and a bunch of snails (turbo, nassis, and cerith), 2 clowns and 1 shrimp is dead, final clown looks like its ill and only snails are thriving and giving birth...this is all from the same store

@Jay0103 u should treat with prazi powder praziquantal it is significantly more effective and better then prazi pro. I would do 3 courses spaced 7 days apart. The prazi last about 2 days after that it won’t be at theraputic level. Once this is done according to @jayhemdel you will have to wait for the prazi eating bactiera to die after 3 to 4 months. The fact your snails are doing good is proof it’s not a water quality issue there’s definitely parasites it’s either ich/flukes. It’s not velvet because your fish would be gone by now

How can i tell which of the 3 it is? This is my only fish in the tank. How does this disease come about?

The fish carry low level infections into your tank.

Sorry, there isn’t a good way to tell the cause of this specific symptom without a microscope.

I’ve heard of maidenhead aquatics , but haven’t shopped there - I thought they had pretty good quality - not like petco here in thenus(grin).
