Fish Not Interested in Masstick 80

I put some Masstick 80 in my DT as a treat for my fish. I was shocked at how little interest they showed in the Masstick after over 30 minutes. Is this the same experience of others?

KBoogie, I've never had any luck with this stuff and would never recommend it. I've tried it with many different fish and not one has ever eaten it with gusto. Maybe a nibble and then, sorry no thanks.

I don't feed it often but when I do It goes fast. I'm not sure if they really like it. I think my fish will eat pretty much anything as long as they can get it first so no other fish can have it.

Same! My fish devour it. I place it on 3 sides so everyone gets some.

I bet your fish eat pellets and flake too?!?!?! I'm so jealous, my fish are as picky as my kids. They will only eat premium frozen foods or oysters from Whole Foods.

I sprinkle Spectrum pellets once a week with no success. They laugh at Prime Reef Flakes..

Mine eat each others poop My CBBs and smaller fish are a little more selective but my the tangs will be pretty much anything that hits the water.

Yes they devour almost everything. I feed small but constant. It’s a feeding frenzy! Once one fish eats they all decide it’s ok to eat. Some food takes a bit. If trying to get on pellet start with TDO chromaboost. Fish love it!

I’ve never had reason to try it, but no doubt my fish would eat it if I did. I swear they’d eat a cheeseburger if I dropped it in the tank.

I'll quantify my statement. I have always tried feeding it during QT with difficult fish. Morrish Idol, Regal Angel, but even my other easier fish were not crazy about it.

Thank you! I ordered a 4” to 5” one and got this guy who is 7” to 8”. The one I had before my wipe out was 10”. He used to constantly splash water on to the floor during feeding.

I haven't had any luck with it either, in QT or DT. None of my fish showed any interest in it.
