fish origin - is one better than another

Hi all,
Sometimes the same species is offered from different places. Example - Powder Blue from Africa or "Asia".

I'm hoping cyanide collections are a thing of the past. That said, are some collection areas/setups better than others? Maybe they have a marine biologist on staff?
