I have a 4 foot long 120 gallon reef tank with these fish:
1 powder brown tang
2 clowns
1 kole tang
1 fire goby
1 carpenters flasher wrasse
1 black sailfin blenny
2 lyretail anthias
1 cleaner wrasse
1 royal gramma
Any recommendations on what to add? It's ok if they get roughed up a little bit but it would be better if they get along with no problems and I have no ideas

Stick an angel in there! A hobby favorite and a personal favorite the flame angel. Beautiful fish loves to swim and pick at algae.
Trigger fish are always fun as well
Maybe even a snowflake eel or a dwarf lion fish

I have an 80 gallon lagoon
2 thunderstorm clowns
Yellow eye cole tang
Tomini tang
Royal gramma
Some goby (not sure the type he was a rescue)
Snowflake eel
Dwarf lion
Flame angel
Lawnmower blenny
Mandarin
All living happily together
Wife hates the eel but it’s probably the most peaceful fish in the tank

Nice but it is a reef tank... and I don't want to get an eel because I have shrimp

Yes angels are the most beautiful! I have a flameback and multicolor in my reef and neither of them touch corals!

To be honest in my experience long as you keep fish full they’ll never pick on corals mine is a reef as well and I don’t have a problem with them picking. Now I can feed about as much as I want because it seems impossible to raise my nitrate I’m always suffering from low nitrate if anything. But if you’re on the other end of that struggling with high nitrate probably not realistic to overfeed your fish to keep them from picking
