Tonight's progress 75's plumbing is complete, reactors installed, door hung. Next is to make a couple more mesh covers, test the water in the fuge and sump, put some fresh filters in my RODI unit, wait for my shipment to arrive on Friday and I should be moving the 55 into the 75 this weekend and setting the 55 on the left side to become a frag tank when my bank account recovers. LOL thanks for following.

Tonight is the night. When my two youngest go to bed move time it is. I have an extra 32 gallon can of water mixing to ensure that I have plenty. 10 5 gallon buckets rinsed and ready to be temporary homes for fish and corals. I will post pics as soon as the dust settles

3 and and half hours the dust hasn't quite settled but it can be called a fish room. I have some tweaking to do on the overflow and lots of coral to glue in place.

After the dust settled, some minor changes to the aqua scape, and placing most of my frags. I like the view from my seat.

Looking good, any plans on having a big DT in a different room that is plumbing into here, or are you going to lie and say that you are not going to put one anywhere else? ;)

I have two more tanks that are going in this room. One frag and one qt. I am not going any larger than a 120 or 150 until I retire from the army. Now that doesn't mean I won't plumb a few of them together. I buolt the stand so I can add a 2' seek tank on it. I won't be adding another display in another room but I may open up the living room wall so that the tank could be seen from the busiest room in the house

Not happy right now. I just added 40 lbs of "live sand" to my display fuge that evidently had die off in it. I am now reading .25 ppm ammonia. I guess I will not be turning my return back on for the fuge until this cycle is over. :( very frustrating especially because I have 4 fish in there as a temporary home until the 55 is cleaned up and added to the system

Well my suspicions were confirmed tonight my previous tank that I bought as a up and running setup never had nitrates below 10 regardless of how little I fed and all of the other hoopla. I always felt it was the sand. Well 2 and a half weeks post tank move we are at 0 for nitrates. They were at 7.5 the night after of the move, 5 a week later and zero today. Its amazing what new sand and some Dr. Tims One and Only will do for you in half a month. You have no idea how mad I would have been if I still couldn't get it down, but then again many of you have been through this or much much worse.

Tonight I bought a 10 gallon tank because I am tired of filling up the ATO tank every three days or so. I took advantage of the time and started to get some cable management going. I will get some more work done on that over the next few weeks. An new skimmer is next in line. Followed by an apex and dosers not sure which order for those. Leaning apex though.

Well the SPS is going much better this time around. I compared pictures of my birdsnest and monti cap after 10 days. There is noticeable growth after 10 days when comparing the two images. Letts hope this continues. My fuge now has some color and resembles the display fuge I want it to become.
