I currently have 2 clown fish, goby and a royal gramma, sand sifting starfish and a few hermit crabs/snails.
Can I add anything else and if so what should I add?

I always have trouble putting stockings on my fish. But yes, what size is your tank. If it is 100 gallons, go ahead and add a lot more fish. If it is 10 gallons, you already have enough fish. :)

OK I didn't see the number of liters. I think that is 52 gallons so yes, you can add a few more small fish.

I love our bi-color blenny. He’s peaceful, helps control the algae a little, and loves to jump from hole to hole in the rockwork, always backing in so he can see out. Tail spot blennies are very similar as well.

Another great fish for a tank your size is a pink-streaked wrasse. Super-active swimmer, peaceful, colorful, and reef safe.
